Refund Policy


 

At Curly Life Company, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within the Return Window (see below).

Please note that to receive a refund, we must have your order number associated with the purchase. We understand that sometimes life gets busy, and you may be unable to locate your order number. Therefore, we will accept returns without order numbers and in return will provide a store credit upon confirmation of the item(s) returned.

We want you to love it!  Before you return it, have you checked out our videos on:

Return Window:

curlylife.com – A 45-day (from the purchase date) return policy on all its products.

Amazon – A 30-day (from the purchase date) return policy on all its products.

Salon – Return to the salon you purchased

If you are beyond your Return Window, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be undamaged, and in the same package and condition, you received it in.

 

Can I return the styler or styling products for a refund if...
    • It didn’t work for me
    • It was a gift and I/they don't want it
    • I changed my mind after opening it

The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as you have not passed your Return Window based on where you purchased the product, undamaged and in the same package and condition.   Follow the Return Steps below and we'll get the process started.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping of returned or exchanged products. We cannot refund your original or return shipping costs. If your package is not returned in the original condition there will be a 20% handling fee reduced from your refund.

What if I....
    • Damaged the Styler

The answer to the above questions is no. We have to draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds. We understand that things happen, but we do stand by our Styler and policies.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the US:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the US. All international orders are final sale.
