Refund Policy

 We want you to love it!  Before you return it, check out our How To videos and steps on and on:

Returns: Returns: we offer a 45-day (from the purchase date) return policy on all products.  If you are beyond your return window, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Amazon Returns:  Amazon has a 30-day (from the purchase date) return policy on all its products. If you are beyond your return window, we have no way to initiate a return from our end, and so are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  You need to appeal directly to Amazon customer care in this case, as they are the only ones who would be able to initiate a return once they have removed that option from  your list of orders.

Salon Returns:  Return to the salon where you purchased the product.

Can I return the styler or styling products for a refund if...

    • It didn’t work for me
    • It was a gift and I/they don't want it
    • I changed my mind after opening it

The answer to the above questions is YES! As long as you have not passed your Return Window based on where you purchased the product and it is undamaged. 

Once product returns are received, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price minus $10.00 handling fee to the original form of payment.  Please allow for a 14 day processing window once we receive your return.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the US:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the US. All international orders are final sale.
