Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.  We will always ship no later than the next available business day.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your package is shipped, it may, of course, be impacted by any postal shipping delays due to a high volume of orders, weather, or other postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free USPS Standard 2-5 day shipping in the contiguous United States.

You will be able to select shipping options at checkout.  For shipping that is not standard,  shipping charges for your order will be calculated for you and displayed at checkout. In an effort to serve you better, we do not add any additional fees to shipping costs and we extend our discounts to you. 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping at this time to the following countries:


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Curly Life Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order is delivered to you and is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
